There’s a lot to consider when moving. Transferring your utilities, keeps your life hummin’ along without interruption!

Utilities to transfer to your new address

• Trash

• Internet / Cable

• Phone / Cell Phone

• Gas

• Electric

• Water/Sewer

• Home Security

While you’re at it, also notify these folks of your new address:

• U.S.P.S - forward mail

• UPS / FedEx

• Banks

• IRS

• Social Security Administration

• Amazon & other online shopping

• Memberships

• Your kids school(s)

• Doctor

• Update prescriptions to a pharmacy closer to your home.

• Insurance providers

• Magazines and subscriptions

• Friends & family

• Previous neighbors

• DMV: New license time! And if moving to a new state, registration time too!

• Employer

• Student loan providers

• Credit Card companies

• Accountant / Financial Advisor

• Vet

• HOA (if appliacable)

• If you send out holiday cards, it’s a great time to let folks know you moved, and send them your new address!
